She specializes in adolescent to adult populations experiencing trauma, anxiety, family problems, parenting difficulties, low self-confidence, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. Stephanie specializes in the utilization of research-based interventions such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help her clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and a better ability to cope effectively. Stephanie believes that the therapeutic relationship is a crucial part of the healing process. She creates a non-judgmental space for her clients to feel safe, validated and understood. Together with her clients, Stephanie openly explores thoughts, feelings, behaviors and internal parts that keep people stuck.
