Jenna Papadatos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C). She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, and has almost 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Jenna felt inspired to seek specialized training in perinatal mental health, as she knows first-hand how motherhood can be both beautifully fulfilling and extremely challenging. Pregnancy and the postpartum period can be such a unique experience for each parent, and being able to access emotional and social support is vital during this delicate time. In addition to the perinatal population, Jenna also works with teens, adults and parents/families. She treats depression, anxiety and mood disorders, life transitions, parenting and relationship challenges as well as trauma and loss.

Jenna collaboratively works with her clients on cultivating their authentic selves, feeling more emotionally regulated, having healthier relationships and regaining a sense of control over their lives. She enjoys infusing humor, creative expression and relaxation techniques into her sessions, so that clients can tap into wholehearted versions of themselves. She believes in highlighting her clients’ strengths, recognizing their individual needs and tailoring her treatment accordingly, in order to assist clients in meeting their personal goals.
